We do not charge canceling fees if you notify us 15 days before your arrival (full money return).
We charge canceling fees 40% if you notify us 10~14 days before your arrival (60% money return).
We charge canceling fees 70% if you notify us 5~10 days before your arrival (30% money return).
We charge canceling fees 100% if you notify us less than 5 days before your arrival (no return).
